At Garjana, five dancers, including past or present Broadway performers, will lead attendees in easy-to-pick-up but fresh looking synchronized dance moves, all set to original music and fully immersed in visuals specially created for the event.

The first Garjana single and music video, “This is What It Feels Like,” featuring some of the cast of the show, was released on February 16, 2017. Garjana Music, which plans to release its first album in June 2017, is an artful blend of EDM, hip-hop, world beats, and pop music.

The charity event features an A-list of talent. The music is completely original, written and produced by Douglas Romanow (a Toronto-based producer who has worked with hundreds of major artists including Justin Bieber and Tyga). Visuals and video are by award winning film and television director Kevin Arbouet. Choreography is by Monica Kapoor, a dance-fitness instructor based in NYC. Her performing credits include Mamma Mia Broadway, Bombay Dreams, NBC’s Smash, and more.

Following the event, participants can nosh and hydrate with a tasting of some of the hottest local brands in the New York City food scene. Food Tank will use the profits from this event to promote efforts in New York City to reduce and/or eliminate food waste.

Bopping Heads Reclaims Franchise Award

The Bopping Heads Booth was Quite Busy

The New York International Franchise Show presents awards for best franchises and business opportunities.

NEW YORK, NY, US, February 24, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — This year, the International Franchise Show opened with a wider and greater array of innovative businesses which were developed with a combination of out-of-the-box thinking and technological prowess. With over 200 businesses being previewed in 26 different cities, the winner of this year's Best Franchise award was quite obvious judging by all the hoopla coming from the winner's exhibit location.

The International Franchise Show presented its awards to various "show stoppers." The award for Best in Show went to the company who without a doubt had the most buzz (and other sounds) coming from its exhibit.

At any given time there were probably about 1,500 – 2,000 people on the exhibition floor, but it seemed like the large majority were camped in front of this year's winner, Bopping Heads Entertainment for their commercial entertainment system which is a music video green screen recording system. The system is geared towards entrepreneurs wanting to get into the very lucrative and in-demand event entertainment industry.

Billed as a green screen video entertainment company, the Bopping Heads 2017 is a truly innovative, absolutely hysterical, and most definitely viral system which is popular at parties, events and entertainment centers. Participants are able to choose from any song ever made, and become the star of the video by placing their head on a dancing body. Absolutely the most popular attraction in the entire convention center!

With nearly 10,000 attendees during the two day show, it seemed that most of them must have stopped by and either made a video. It was quite hilarious to watch grown adults make total fools of themselves while making a video of themselves, and even more amusing to see just how many of these business people were waiting in line to speak to a company representative about purchasing one of their systems.

This year's show hosted more than 100 first time exhibitors spurred by the desire to expand throughout the U.S. . Many veteran IFE franchisors claimed they saw more foot traffic by noon on the first day than they did over the course of the entire weekend during last year's event.

Of course, there were the usual suspects, Little Caesars, Dairy Queen, Roto-Rooter, UPS store, Minuteman Press, Game Stop and many other of the A listers along with some new copycats, Freshslice Pizza, CoolTreats, Valu-Rooter and the Game Dudes. Probably about 85% of the show was redundant as the Franchise industry seemed to have run out of new ideas and always repeats what is hot.

Media interest in the show was at an all-time high too, as word about the show's significance spread in the weeks and days leading up to the show.

Expo Management, the show's producers, ramped up their marketing efforts with street teams, billboards, street banners and media buys with publications like Money, TIME and Fortune to increase awareness of the new and improved show.

Musgrove Music Distribution Presents New Single 'The Blessing Is On The Way' by The Prophet feat. Quandra & Kiarra Haley

Musgrove Music Distribution is the solution for the independent Gospel Music Artist and/or up-and-coming record label seeking a platform to be heard in the Gospel Music industry.

‘The Blessing Is On the Way’ by The Prophet featuring Quandra & Kiarra Haley is available on iTunes and virtually all other internet download/streaming sites. This song delivers a strong message of hope and optimism, encouraging us all to uphold our faith in God.

The Prophet has teamed up with the mother/daughter duo Quandra & Kiarra Haley to create a fresh, youthful sound that is sure to please the masses.

'The Blessing Is On the Way', the blazing new inspirational single from The Prophet (feat. Quandra & Kiarra Haley) is taking the nation by storm!

We’ve definitely experienced our share of life’s trials, but with God protecting us we’ve weathered the storms. God has faithfully blessed us far beyond our expectations. And He’s still blessing us!”

— C Joseph Briggs, a/k/a The Prophet

MIAMI, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, February 23, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Motivation and encouragement has come forth in this high-energy song that delivers messages of hope, optimism, and anticipation for better things to come. Musgrove Music Distribution, in conjunction with Concore/Universal Music Distribution, proudly announces the release of The Prophet’s new single, ‘The Blessing Is On The Way’ feat. Quandra & Kiarra Haley (Click on “Be Blessed” to download your copy right now!).

“The fact that Prophet created, produced, and recorded this song at home is mind-blowing,” says Daniel Musgrove, founder and CEO of Musgrove Music Distribution. “I thought he did this song in a multi-million-dollar studio. I’m very eager to hear what he will create next!” Whether it’s for independent artists who need management and/or promotional services; or for smaller record labels that need a distribution affiliate; Musgrove Music Distribution is a “one-stop” “go-to” resource, fulfilling the needs of artists and organizations that don’t have access to the promotional power of a major record label.

C Joseph Briggs (a/k/a, The Prophet) says this upbeat song of encouragement was inspired by his own personal testimonies of triumph from unfavorable situations. Briggs and his wife Teinasha suffered the loss of their infant daughter early on in their relationship, and they were among the multitude of people victimized by hurricane Katrina in 2005.

“We’ve definitely experienced our share of life’s trials,” says Briggs, “but with God protecting us, we’ve weathered the storms. In the midst of it all, God has faithfully blessed us far beyond our expectations. And He’s still blessing us!”

The Prophet was born in Chicago, IL to parents originally from Louisiana. The family moved back to Louisiana for ministry, and The Prophet grew up in Baton Rouge playing the piano at his dad’s church. Eventually he left home to study music in New Orleans. Up until then he studied piano, played tenor saxophone in both the jazz and symphonic bands at Baton Rouge Magnet High, and sang in the school’s choir. He was an 80’s kid who was influenced by the music of the times.

New Orleans had the greatest impact on his music. The city is rich in music and history, and young Mr. Briggs immersed himself in all of it. The diversity of musical idioms from the Crescent City is what he draws from to create his music. The single includes a blistering brass fanfare in the introduction, with an aggressive strings arrangement heard throughout the song. The music is powerful, and the lyrics reinforce the theme that faith in God brings a blessing without fail.

The Prophet wrote and produced the music, as he does for most of his material. His passion for vocal jazz harmony is heard throughout, as his influences include artists/groups such as Take 6, Manhattan Transfer, New York Voices, Singers Unlimited, Bobby McFerrin, Al Jarreau, etc. The dynamic, lush harmonies are an immense compliment to his instrumentation.

Briggs feels the vocal contribution Quandra and Kiarra Haley makes towards the recording is invaluable. “I absolutely love working with them,” says Briggs about this mother/daughter team. “They take direction well, they learn music quickly, and we recorded it with very few takes. It’s also comforting to know that they take their walk with Christ very seriously.”

Quandra Haley has her own testimony that makes the single personal for her. “When we began to work on this project, I had just suffered a miscarriage and was finishing up radiation treatment after a 2nd breast cancer diagnosis,” says Quandra. “Singing this song became my therapy. Combined with praying, and reading and hearing God’s Word, listening to this song was the spiritual medicine I needed!”

“Each time I’ve worked with Prophet, I’ve been amazed at his wealth of knowledge and talent,” says Quandra. “Prophet operates in a spirit of love, and he loves to encourage and build up people.”

Today Quandra is cancer free, and she recovered from the radiation treatment in record time. Reflecting upon her own life, her words of wisdom resonate with the song’s message. “I believe that many people are experiencing things in life that make them feel like they have no hope, or have been forgotten, or will always be down. But this song reminds us that God still cares, and that He has plans for us.”

Kiarra “Kiki” Haley greatly enjoyed her experiences with the project. “Working on this project with Prophet and my mom was fun!” says Kiarra. “I love working with Prophet. He’s like an uncle to me. He always gives me good spiritual advice and advice about life in general.”

Kiarra is a high school senior with plans to go on to college after graduation this year. “With my grades in school,” says Kiarra, “sometimes I thought I wouldn’t pass classes because the assignments were so difficult. But while working on this project, we played the song enough to remind me to have faith that God would take care of me.” Kiki feels blessed for earning straight A’s, and she is graduating with honors.

Kiarra has formed her own personal connection with ‘The Blessing’: “I love the upbeat tempo of this song. I believe other young people will like it too. The words […] remind me not to worry, or become fearful when dealing with problems that seem really bad, and that everything will be fine.”

Future endeavors for The Prophet include a full-length recording project presently in the works. Despite his eclectic approach to the musical stylings, the central theme of God’s love will not be lost. “As far as I’m concerned,” Prophet says, “my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is a multi-dimensional being, with many layers of character to be revealed. In like fashion, the music should be just as diverse and multi-faceted.”

Daniel Musgrove and the entire Musgrove Music, Inc. family extends a word of sincere gratitude to Charve The Don, CEO of Concore Entertainment, for recognizing and embracing the vision of Musgrove Music Distribution, and for his hand in providing a solid platform for gospel/Christian artists to be heard, both now and in the future.

The Secret to Richard Lynch’s Success as a Country Music Singer/Songwriter is Authenticity

Richard Lewis, Guest on RANCHCAST with LEM LEWIS

Lem Lewis answers your questions about buying or selling a ranch

Richard Lynch’s music embraces the steel guitar, the fiddle, three-part harmony, and traditional country storylines.

Richard’s music captures the heart and soul of American ranchers, farmers, and other countryfolk”

— Lem Lewis, The Ranch Broker

BLANCO, TEXAS, UNITED STATES, February 21, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The secret to Richard Lynch’s success as a country music singer/songwriter is his authenticity and devotion to performing and preserving traditional country music for mainstream audiences.

“I want to be known for keeping real traditional country music being recorded and written,” Lynch explains on the latest edition of RANCHCAST with LEM LEWIS, the popular podcast for everyone who lives and loves the rural lifestyle. “And if they hear my name, Richard Lynch, they are going to associate that with real traditional country music.”

Lynch, who was raised on a farm in southwestern Ohio that he still owns and works, is a member of the Independent Country Music Association Hall of Fame and was nominated by the group as Best Male Country Artist. His song, “A Better Place,” was named the #1 True Country Song for 2016 by Roots Music Report.

Lynch explains that his music embraces the steel guitar, the fiddle, and three-part harmony: The songs that have a storyline that you can connect with, whether it’s a happy song or a sad song. “Country music was meant to be relatable,” he says.

The full interview with Richard Lynch and RANCHCAST host Lem Lewis is available for free at http://tinyurl.com/RANCHCAST-Three.

Lynch, who along with the Richard Lynch Band, is currently on tour in Texas, tells RANCHCAST that he draws his songwriting inspiration, in part, from the people he meets and the tales they tell. He also draws upon his own upbringing and the all-American values that farm life instilled in him.

Lynch’s newest song, Love Tattoo, which he co-wrote, is a military tribute duet that he recorded with #1 Billboard charting artist, Ronnie McDowell. The touching single, officially released on January 21st in Nashville, benefits Richard’s Love Tattoo Foundation – a non-profit that he established several years back to honor and assist American veterans.

“Richard’s music captures the heart and soul of American ranchers, farmers, and other countryfolk,” says host Lem Lewis, The Ranch Broker. Lem is a fourth-generation Texas rancher whose full-service brokerage company serves both land buyers and sellers, concentrating on the Texas Hill Country, South Texas, and West Texas.
As Lynch recalls on RANCHCAST, he first performed on a stage when he was 8-years-old, joining his talented father, a country music entertainer, and “Mr. Grand Ole Opry,” himself, Porter Wagoner, who were doing a show together. Young Richard, who was in the audience watching his dad and Porter Wagoner, stepped to the microphone and sang “I’ve Got a Tiger by the Tail,” the song made famous by Buck Owens and the Buckaroos.

As Lynch recalls, “I was bit ever since by the country music bug.”

Richard Lynch is one of the early guests on RANCHCAST with LEM LEWIS, a new informative podcast that showcases the vital contributions that America’s ranchers and farmers make to our nation’s economy and food supply. RANCHCAST aims to provide rural land owners and those who love the rural lifestyle with insights, practical advice, and entertaining profiles available nowhere else.
