Antonella Barba first made her mark as a Top 16 finalist on Season 6 of American Idol. After American Idol, she returned to school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Since then, she became the front woman of LA-eX, a pop band that included producers Epic and SQRL of Crazy Town, wrote music for Style Network and MTV, and released solo music with production from DJ Poet (Black Eyed Peas) and Mike Pelli (MAGIC!). As a violinist since childhood, Antonella was also proud to contribute violin on tracks for artists like Wale, Timothy Bloom, King Los, and Daniel Bambaata Marley.
Antonella’s newest role as Brand Ambassador for UNICEF is not only rewarding, but also close to her roots. As a longstanding, strong advocate for American Red Cross and Habitat For Humanity, this latest position continues to demonstrate her passion for helping others through entertaining.
